It's safe to say I'm a creative guy. Sure lore is fun, but what about these projects I keep
namedropping? Some individual chunks of lore? Here's some titles you might see.
...okay, well, let's get the big one out of the way.
Kirb: Nightmare in Funland is an animation I've been working on since early 2021.
Kade's friends Kurson, Chisk & Asriel get brainwashed by a parasite named Nightscar and turn
on him. They hide him in a secret area and force him to be a vessel for Nightscar's growth. This
backfires though, Kade being strong enough to overpower Nightscar from the inside. Still,
the possessed Kade uses his knowledge and new powers as means to an end:
Killing his own creator.
The only ones left are Necro and Twilight, and they're able to make a potion to cure the
other three. Meanwhile, Kade snatches me out of the real world (introducing my proper
sona/self-insert) for interrogation. After I'm able to escape, I meet up with the rest of the
group for the true showdown. We manage to distract Kade long enough to tire him out,
getting a fatal strike that releases Nightscar from his body. Afterwards, we reconnect
and transition to the future, rebooting the timelines once and for all.
...Oh, and in case you're curious...
Kirb was the name I AND the Shy Guy used at first. I renamed him Kade in 2018.
Since the Funland OST was made the year before, it stuck with the name since.
Kinda brings it full circle, funnily enough.

Then, there was rebirth.
Kade's Adventures Through the Multiverse & My Little Pony: A Whole New Universe are
how the stories WOULD'VE continued past KNiF. Necro and Twilight split away and everyone
begins new life. The reason for this- and making KNiF at all- is best kept private, but I'll at
least say the reboots would let my lore be self-contained without explaining outer sources.
On one path, Kade turns to the hero side after being gifted with Sonic's power. He teams up
with Kurson and learns more about other worlds, eventually discovering Chisk and Asriel to
make their own rescue team. On the other, Necro brings Twilight out of Equestria to prove more
worlds exist, but runs into a problem with sending her back. Eventually the tables turn and he's
dragged to Equestria with her. Villains, social issues and worldbuilding ensues for both groups.
The NegaDrive is an archive of and research group for SonicKade2048.
Okay, yeah, this is where the 4th wall stuff gets weird. Their goal is archiving & researching
projects I work on, my characters & worlds -- all in-universe. They document as much as they can,
and things I lose access to are things they can't recover. What affects my real-world data (accounts)
affects what data they hold. To be clear, I don't have an ACTUAL public (or private) archive of
everything I've made; this is just for lore and a fun meta narrative to show off.

...That being said, what about Funland?
Well, in reality, Funland was made for two reasons:
1. Wanting to make high-quality rips as a beginner, having no clue
what goes into proper ripping, thus making my own music to rip.
2. Wanting a "nice on the outside, scary on the inside" horror project.
In the story, Funland is a simulation made by the brainwashed Kurson, Chisk & Asriel.
It holds Kade in a sloppy 2D Mario mimic, letting his mind wander so Nightscar can build.
Kade finds openings to break out & wake up, but they continue to patch despite his efforts.
This bubbles over when Nightscar mutates, creating a second Funland out of nowhere. It's
assumed there was excess power that needed to go somewhere, Return to Funland being made.
Soon enough, other Funland spin-offs generated, but Return & Adventure stayed the main two.
On September 28th 2021, Kade was strong enough to breach containment.
The other 3 couldn't catch him, thus beginning Nightmare in Funland.

I use my Bandcamp to collect all rips, original songs and misc. stuff
