  <INF> Description
>>> Kurson is a turtle under the "Koopa" species, native to the Super Mario franchise. He is 5'6" tall with yellow-orange skin/scales, a short pointed tail, mild-sharp claws and violet pupils.
>>> He wears a magenta scarf and violet long-sleeve shirt, mid-gray pants and violet boots with black laces. He carries a brown spear with violet accents.

  <INF> Backstory
>>> Kurson worked for King Koopa at a young age. He was just as loyal as his parents and shared the same position/tasks. When [Kade Berry] entered the army, Kurson took notice of his clumsy nature, thinking the same as other recruits and paying Kade little mind. However, Kurson was one of the first recruits to think differently once Kade made the role switch.
>>> What followed was a friendship built up for roughly 2 years. Workers gradually started quitting once Kade showed his species could do just as good as Mario & Luigi. This lead to Kurson wanting to give Kade a chance, yet at the cost of hurting his relationship with his parents. Kurson became Kade's first and closest friend, Kade eventually looking up to him as the older, more-mature brother.
>>> With the help of a character named Andy, Kade & Kurson learned about The Multiverse, broadening their (and by extension, Kirb's) knowledge of their world. This had a domino effect to Kade meeting the rest of [The Primary Heroes], [The Secondary Heroes] and so on.

  <INF> Abilities
>>> Kurson is the least capable of magic out of The Primary Heroes, but he has the most physical training due to being a henchfolk of Bowser. His main weapon is his spear, but he's practiced with other weapons (especially hammers given his source material). He's able to adapt easier than the other heroes and has good reflexes against attack patterns. Compared to Kade, Kade is more "dodge and get out of the way" while Kurson prioritizes counterattacking.

  <INF> Relationships
>>> Kurson has the lowest amount of relationships in the context of Kirb's character groups. He's generally on good terms with others due to affiliation, not interacting much and preferring to stay to himself. A couple things can still be said, at least:

  <DSC> ["KADE"] Kurson reciprocates the brother-esque bond Kade sees him with. Kade sometimes asks him for advice and discusses other deep topics with him.
  <DSC> ["CHISK"] Kurson looks out for Chisk when possible given their history together. He bonded well with them before Asriel got involved, and kept them company while Kade and Asriel spent time together.
  <DSC> ["ASRIEL"] Before KNiF, Kurson had mild distrust in Asriel due to Asriel bonding better with Kade than him. The events of KNiF helped deal with this tension, allowing the two to let go of the past and make their own friendship.

  <INF> Highlights
>>> Kurson also has a minimal amount of big moments due to the Asriel conflict not netting him much screentime. Even then, some things include mimicking Kade's Super form, but that's a side-effect of information mentioned below. At best, he's begun to learn SOUL Magic from Chisk and Asriel post-KNiF, allowing for an open story thread, but there... really isn't much to say about Kurson's past, unfortunately.

  <INF> Miscellaneous
>>> There's a special fact about him that has since been retconned, but is important to know for its historical purpose:
>>> Kurson used to be Kade from another timeline. It's known that a meteor crashed into The Mushroom Kingdom (namely, landing on top of a stray Koopa) and imbuing Kade with "Dark Magic". While not being a source of evil, reportedly, Kade was transformed into a Koopa and was able to perform a range of spells. He's said to have panicked and fired his magic at random, opening a time rift with the meteor and being sent to the main timeline. This is how he met the Sonic-infused Shy Guy, and from then on they teamed up to be called the "Double Kirb Duo" (before getting their new names in 2018).
